The photos below sum up my birthday fairly well. There was alot of good food and even more importantly alot of good people. A lot of my friends never made the trip out to Murphy for the dinner but all went well anyways!

Let's see.. "Me encanta" in this case would act as a "verbal filler" So after it, it's correct to put a comma, this way introducing a main sentence... talking about Booklogs you have to take them as masculine words, so it is "este" instead of "esta" which is femenine .. after that would be correct to say "después de LEER los COMENTARIOS" .. as "después de leyendo.." has a tense mistake. As you have mentioned "mi familia" before it's not necessary to say "mi familia" again and you can replace it for an "ellos" word.. and this is followed by a "probablemente" and the word following this one must be "piensen" which is the irregular verb corresponding to "ellos" which is third person plural.
So the final result would be this sentence.
"Jaja, si me encanta, como toda mi familia lee este blog. después de leer los comentarios, ellos probablemente piensen que sos loco."
Don't worry about mistakes because I could understand everything and that's what counts ;D.
